Ordering, Exchanges, & Returns

Do I need an account to order from you?

No, you don't need to sign up to place an order.

However, having an account allows you to track the status of your order at any time and
save your information for a faster checkout.

I have a question about a product or my order. How can I contact you?

Please remember to include your name and order number, if you've already placed your order.

I have received my order but I am not satisfied with it. Can I return the products for a refund?

I'm sorry to hear that you're not happy with your order.

As long as the products are unused and undamaged, you can return them to me for a refund. Please use the original packaging to ensure that the products arrive safely, and include a note with your name and order number.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of shipping.

Can I return B-stock?

B-stock items are excluded from exchange and returns.

If a product has a flaw that was not listed, please contact customer service as described in the next question.

My order arrived damaged. Can I exchange the item or receive a refund?

In this case, please first contact our customer service with a description of the damages and at least one photo that clearly shows them.

Don't forget to include your order number and name in your email.

We will work together to find a solution you're happy with.

Shipping

Can I order from you, even if I don't live in Germany?

As of now, I unfortunately only ship within Germany.

I am already working on enabling shipping to other EU countries. Feel free to follow me on Instagram so that you don't miss out when it becomes available.

How much is shipping?

Germany: 4,99€

For orders over €100, shipping within Germany is free of charge.

Which shipping company will deliver my order?

Your order will be shipped with Deutsche Post/DHL or Hermes, depending on package size. If you regularly experience issues with one of these shipping providers, feel free to let me know by adding a note to your order, and I can take that into account.

When will my order arrive?

Your order will be shipped within a few business days, and you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details via email.
For products that are made to order, please allow up to 2 weeks for production, depending on the quantity.
If your order includes a made-to-order item, the entire order will be shipped once all items are ready.
This way, we help reduce our environmental impact.

I made a mistake typing in my address. What can I do?

Please contact customer service as soon as possible in this case so that the address can be changed in time.

If your package is already on its way, it's best to wait and see if it still arrives. If it doesn't, it
will likely be returned to me. I’ll be happy to resend it to the correct address, but unfortunately, I will have to charge you for the shipping costs again.

Where will my order be shipped from?

Your order will be shipped from Mittelfranken, Bavaria, Germany.

Also, please note our business hours (Mon-Thu 9am-12pm + 1pm-3pm) and that a response may take some time depending on the volume of inquiries.
